Tratamientos de Superficie en Aluminio: Lacado, Anodizado y Efecto Madera

Powder Coating Technology\n\nPowder coating applies a dry powder electrostatically to the aluminium surface, which is then cured at 180-200 degrees Celsius. The process produces a uniform, durable finish available in over 200 RAL Classic colours plus RAL Design and NCS colour systems. QUALICOAT certification ensures minimum coating thickness of 60 microns for external applications. Polyester powder coatings provide excellent UV resistance for 15-25 years depending on exposure conditions.\n\n## Anodising Process\n\nElectrochemical anodising creates an integral oxide layer on the aluminium surface. Unlike powder coating, anodising does not add material but transforms the surface layer itself. QUALANOD-certified anodising produces minimum 20-micron oxide layers for external architectural use. Available finishes include natural silver, light bronze, medium bronze, dark bronze, and black. The anodised surface is extremely hard (approximately 70 HRC) providing excellent scratch and abrasion resistance.\n\n## Wood-Effect Sublimation\n\nSublimation technology transfers photographic-quality wood-grain patterns onto powder-coated aluminium. The process uses heat and vacuum to embed pigments into the coating surface. Available patterns include European oak, American walnut, tropical teak, and Italian mahogany. The resulting finish provides the natural appearance of timber with the durability and maintenance benefits of aluminium.\n\n## PVDF and Special Finishes\n\nPVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) coatings represent the premium tier of architectural finishes. Applied as a liquid coating with 70% PVDF resin content, these finishes provide 30+ years of colour stability in the most demanding environments. PVDF is specified for coastal locations, industrial zones, and projects requiring extended warranty periods. Metallic, pearlescent, and textured finishes are available for distinctive architectural expression.
