Alcodec was founded in 2015 in Gebze, Turkey, with a clear purpose: to design and manufacture architectural aluminium systems, delivering European-quality outdoor living and facade solutions through an engineering-first approach.

Our product development always begins with engineering calculations. Wind load analyses, structural calculations and material strength testing — every profile cross-section is designed to EN and DIN standards. Using 6063-T6 aluminium alloy, TIGER QUALICOAT II certified powder coating and tempered/laminated glass combinations, we produce long-lasting, maintenance-free systems.

Today we operate two product brands: LuxaShade for outdoor living — bioclimatic pergolas, ZIP screens, verandas — and VisioMod for structural safety — frameless glass railings, aluminium railings, fence systems. United under the PONARC Group, this means architects and contractors get all exterior aluminium requirements — from terrace pergola to balcony railing, facade shading to garden fence — from a single engineering team.

We are active in over 8 European markets, with a focus on Germany, the Netherlands and Romania. Thanks to the Customs Union, we have zero-tariff access to the EU market. For every project, we provide project-specific structural reports, DIN-format tender specifications and AutoCAD drawings.
