6063-T6 Alloy
AlMgSi0.5. Tensile 245 MPa, yield 215 MPa. Density 2.7 g/cm³ (1/3 of steel).
T6 Heat Treatment
Solution heat (520°C) + quench + artificial aging (160-175°C). Mg₂Si precipitates increase strength.
Corrosion & Recycling
Natural oxide film. 3000h+ salt spray with QUALICOAT. 98% recyclable at 5% primary energy.
