Aluminium Vehicle Shelter
Freestanding aluminium carport with clean architectural lines and reliable vehicle protection. Aluminium construction reduces rust and timber-care cycles; lifecycle, coating and maintenance assumptions should be reviewed per project. Integrated drainage. Freestanding or wall-mounted. Optional LED lighting. RAL 7016 anthracite, RAL 9006 silver, RAL 9010 white or any RAL colour.

The Standard Carport is a flat-roof aluminium vehicle shelter for 1–2 cars. The self-supporting structure requires only corner column foundations — no rear wall or attachment to existing buildings needed.
Structural columns: 120×120 mm (single car) or 150×150 mm (double car). Roof beams: extruded aluminium box profiles with integrated gutter. Roof covering: aluminium composite panel (ACP) or polycarbonate. Snow load: Project snow review. Wind resistance: calculated per EN 1991-1-4 for each project location.
Standard dimensions: 3,000 × 5,500 mm (single) or 6,000 × 5,500 mm (double). Custom dimensions available to any specification. Height: 2,200–2,800 mm clear passage.
The integrated gutter system drains to one column, with an option for underground pipe connection. LED lighting strips mount in the beam profiles. EV charging station mounting plates are pre-integrated in the column design. QUALICOAT II powder coating in 200+ RAL colours.
