Frameless Glass — 100mm Slim Base Shoe

Frameless glass railing with 100mm slim aluminium base shoe — the most elegant fall protection for balconies and terraces. Innovative dry-glaze wedge clamping — no silicone required, faster installation, easier glass replacement. VSG laminated safety glass in 6+6, 8+8 or 10+10mm per EN 12150. A4 stainless steel anchors (316 marine grade) at 300mm centres. Wind load certified to 1.5 kPa. Cladding in brushed SS, polished SS or any RAL colour. CE marked per EN 12150 and EN ISO 12543.

VisioMod FS 1500

Yes, VSG (laminated safety glass) is used. When broken, fragments adhere to the PVB interlayer film. Certified to EN 12600 pendulum impact test.
Depends on application: residential balcony VSG 8+8mm (16.76mm), commercial VSG 10+10mm (21.52mm), public VSG 12+12mm (25.52mm).
With the prefabricated profile system, approximately 20-30 minutes per linear metre. A 10m balcony railing is completed within one day.
Aluminium profiles are protected with QUALICOAT certified powder coating — no repainting needed. Clean glass surfaces with water and glass cleaner.
EN 1090 (CE marking), EN 12150 (ESG), EN ISO 12543 (VSG), DIN 18065 (stair safety), TRAV (fall-protection glazing).
